Joyn is a social connection platform for women designed to facilitate friendships and group activities. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use Joyn for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit any illegal or inappropriate use, harassment of other users, or disruption of the service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the app or website without explicit permission.

Joyn is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or the outcome of any match or suggested plan. Your use of Joyn and your interaction with other users is solely at your own risk. JoynOS LLC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred through your use of the service.

Joyn may contain links to third-party websites or services (like event venues, ticketing sites, etc.). These links are provided for your convenience only. JoynOS LLC has no control over these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or any damages or losses incurred through their use.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of Joyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information, including your Vibe and matching data. By using Joyn, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Joyn at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms & Conditions or behavior deemed harmful to the Joyn community.
8. Changes to Terms
JoynOS LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Joyn after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
